About the role
Saut CookSail Loft is seeking a skilled and dependable Saut Cook to join our team!
Responsibilities Include:
Prepare and cook sauted menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
Set up, stock, and maintain the saut station before, during, and after each shift.
Cook proteins, vegetables, pasta, sauces, and other menu items using proper saut techniques.
Ensure all food is prepared to the correct temperature, quality, and portion standards.
