About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior e-Builder Business Analyst / Functional Lead with deep expertise in Trimble e-Builder Enterprise implementations. This is a client-facing consulting role where you will lead discovery sessions, design future-state business processes, configure the platform, and guide clients through enterprise implementations from strategy through go-live. You'll work directly with owners, executives, project controls teams, construction managers, and project management offices to transform how organizations manage capital programs. The ideal candidate understands both capital program operations and enterprise PMIS implementations, allowing them to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
What You'll Do:
Lead Enterprise Implementations Lead full lifecycle e-Builder implementation projects from discovery through production deployment Facilitate client workshops to gather business, operational, and reporting requirements Translate complex business processes into scalable e-Builder solutions Develop implementation roadmaps and functional design documentation Partner with executive stakeholders throughout implementation Business Analysis & Solution Design Analyze existing capital program workflows and identify improvement opportunities Design future-state business processes utilizing e-Builder best practices Configure business processes, workflows, forms, permissions, templates, document management, and security Develop functional specifications for technical teams Support integrations with ERP, scheduling, document management, and reporting platforms Platform Configuration Configure e-Builder modules including: Business Processes Workflow Automation Cost Management Document Management Schedule Management Reporting & Dashboards Permissions & Security Forms Templates Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities Identify opportunities for continuous optimization Client Advisory Serve as a trusted advisor to owner organizations Recommend PMIS governance best practices Guide clients on capital program standards Support organizational change management Deliver executive presentations and implementation updates User Adoption Develop training materials and user documentation Conduct administrator and end-user training Support user acceptance testing (UAT)Assist with production go-live and post-implementation support Collaboration Partner with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, Integration Specialists, and Delivery Leaders Coordinate implementation activities across multiple workstreams Support project planning, risk management, and issue resolution Deliver exceptional client experiences
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of direct hands-on Trimble e-Builder Enterprise implementation experience Proven experience leading enterprise PMIS implementations Strong Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering and solution design Experience configuring e-Builder Business Processes, Forms, Workflow, Security, Reports, and Document Management Experience facilitating client workshops and stakeholder meetings Strong understanding of owner-side capital program delivery Experience supporting healthcare, higher education, transportation, utilities, government, or commercial capital programs Excellent communication and executive presentation skills Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional PMIS platforms including Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, or PMWeb Experience with project controls, cost management, scheduling, procurement, or capital planning Knowledge of integrations, APIs, reporting tools, and data migration Experience with SQL, Power BI, or enterprise reporting Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field Why Join OnIndus?
