About the Job:
Knife Drop Studios' Production Team is looking for a creative and innovative part-time, contracted Videographer to handle filming content for Nick's Kitchen You Tube channel at our Miami-based production site. You are passionate about visual storytelling and creating impactful videos. You have a strong understanding of film production, lighting techniques, and industry terminology. As a Videographer, you will work directly with Nick DiGiovanni as well as his team, including producers, editors, and other stakeholders involved in our videos. Additionally, you will work with various other collaborators, lighting crews, and production staff.

you have a passion for food and working in the food space! Type of Position This is a part-time, contracted position, and candidates must be located within the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area.
What You'll Do:
Film a wide range of creative, high-quality video projects across Nick DiGiovanni's You Tube and social channels Work directly with Nick to bring video concepts to life through strong visual storytelling and creative execution Operate professional camera equipment and execute thoughtful shot composition, lighting, and audio setups Collaborate closely with producers, editors, and other team members throughout the production process Work alongside lighting crews, production staff, and external collaborators to execute shoots smoothly Adapt quickly to different shoot environments, creative concepts, and production needs Bring a strong understanding of film production, lighting techniques, and industry terminology to every project Stay current on emerging video production techniques, trends, and technology to continually elevate the quality of our content What You Bring to the Table Proven track record of producing high-quality, visually engaging video content (ideally for You Tube / social media)Proficiency in operating any camera equipment, including DSLRs, stabilizers, drones, and microphones Strong understanding of shot composition, lighting techniques, and audio recording principles, ensuring professional-grade production quality at all times Top-notch communication skills and ability to collaborate seamlessly within a dynamic team and fast-paced environments Keen attention to detail, ensuring the overall quality and consistency of the video content align with the desired standards of each project Passion for staying up-to-date with video production trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our content
