Specialized experience is defined as analyzing, developing, and supporting an e-Litigation program providing technical and strategic advice on litigation technology applications to meet e-Litigation objectives; presenting complex electronic evidence; and, implementing suitable technical solutions to manage commonly found and complex electronically stored information in civil and/or criminal cases. Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP)- The CTAP provides eligible surplus and displaced competitive service employees in the Department of Justice with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
