The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, building, and delivering accessible, practice-based eLearning using Rise, Storyline, and AI-enabled tools and a proven ability to translate business needs into effective learning experiences that improve performance.Responsibilities:Design and build learning assets using approved templates, tools, and standards to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Translate SME input and business requirements into structured learning solutions, including courses, modules, job aids, and practice activities that address performance gaps. Apply adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and inclusive design practices across deliverables. Partner with learning consultants, facilitators, and stakeholders to align solutions to business and learner needs.Participate in reviews, quality checks, and refinement cycles to ensure readiness for launch. Maintain clean files, version control, documentation, and tracking within approved workflows and systems. Identify content gaps and risks, incorporate feedback and data to improve learning effectiveness. Use authoring tools, learning platforms, and AI-enabled design tools to accelerate development and improve quality. Apply human judgment and QA to AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and standards alignment. Share knowledge and best practices, support onboarding and continuous improvement across the team.RequiredSkills & Qualifications: Proficiency with Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline, including work samples demonstrating systems-based eLearning and embedded video. Experience creating practice-first, scenario-based learning aligned to performance outcomes. Working knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methods, and practice-based approaches. Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices, including WCAG-aligned reviews and remediation.Ability to interpret feedback and basic analytics to iterate solutions quickly. Proficiency with AI-enabled design, drafting, tagging, and light automation tools with appropriate QA oversight. Familiarity with LMS and LXP platforms and ability to design within platform constraints. Strong written communication, collaboration, organization, and attention to detail. Experience level: 5+ years in instructional design or related roles.PreferredSkills:Vyond or Camtasia for video and motion graphics integration. Experience facilitating SMEs and stakeholders, handling feedback, and challenging assumptions constructively.Additional Information:Two interview rounds conducted via Microsoft Teams. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Compliance with U.S. Bancorp Code of Ethics and applicable policies is required.
