Must-Have Skills 8+ years of data migration experience — NAV-to-Salesforce or equivalent ERP-to-CRM migration required Strong hands-on Snap Logic — pipeline design, transformation logic, error handling, and governance Strong Apex — batch classes, triggers, and custom transformation and validation logic for large-volume data loads Expert-level SQL — data profiling, deduplication, transformation, and reconciliation across NAV and Salesforce Deep Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central — data model, table structures, master and transaction data Deep Salesforce data model — standard and custom objects, relationships, and data loading best practices Salesforce data migration tools — Data Loader, Salesforce CLI, or Bulk APIStrong data mapping and crosswalk design — NAV-to-Salesforce field mapping, transformation rules, and migration specs Migration cycle management — delta migrations, cutover planning, rollback strategies, and production readiness
What You'll Do: Own end-to-end NAV to Salesforce data migration — discovery, profiling, pipeline build, validation, and production cutover Design and build Snap Logic extraction and transformation pipelines — NAV source to Salesforce target with full error handling Write Apex batch classes for complex transformation, validation, and post-load processing in Salesforce Write SQL for NAV data extraction, deduplication, and reconciliation Design and maintain NAV-to-Salesforce data mapping crosswalks — field-level transformation rules and lookup mappings Manage migration cycles — full loads, delta migrations, and incremental refreshes through UAT and cutover Build source-to-target reconciliation reports — record counts, integrity checks, and migration sign-off documentation Define and execute cutover planning — sequencing, go/no-go criteria, and rollback strategies Tech Stack Snap Logic · Apex · SQL · Microsoft Dynamics NAV · Salesforce · Salesforce Data Loader · Bulk API · SOQL · ETL Pipelines · Git · Microsoft 365
