About the role

Packaging Associate Anodyne Surgical is growing and looking for dependable, coachable individuals to join our Packaging team. If you're motivated, detail-oriented, and want to work in a supportive environment where quality matters, this could be a great fit for you.
What You'll Do:
  • Package medical devices according to established specifications and quality requirements
  • Operate sealing, labeling, and other packaging equipment
  • Perform visual inspections of packaging materials and finished products
  • Accurately count, label, and prepare products according to work instructions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the packaging area
  • Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to meet daily goals
  • Identify and report non-conformances or process deviations
  • Complete accurate production and quality documentation

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Previous manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus, but not required
Pay & Benefits:
  • $15-$18 per hour
