About the role
Leading the Adoption Consulting, Client Documentation, and Instructional Design teams, the full-time Director of Client Enablement will set strategic direction for client training and documentation, ensuring successful onboarding and product adoption while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Manage and develop team leaders across Adoption Consulting, Client Documentation, and Instructional Design, ensuring accountability for performance and quality
Own the client adoption strategy by defining success metrics and building repeatable programs to enhance onboarding and reduce churn
Oversee the creation and governance of client-facing documentation and training materials, ensuring alignment with product updates and quality standards
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in client operations, client education, technical documentation, or instructional design, with at least 3 years managing people managers or multiple teams
Proven experience in building or scaling adoption, training, or documentation functions within a B2B SaaS company
Strong understanding of adoption metrics and their impact on retention and expansion outcomes
Familiarity with instructional design principles and modern training delivery tools
Excellent written communication skills with a focus on documentation quality and information architecture
