About the role
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time or part-time WFT Licensed Customer Service Agent will assist clients with insurance inquiries and claims processing while working in a hybrid environment in Rotterdam.
Key responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and webcare to ensure a positive experience
Guiding clients through the claims process and ensuring efficient handling of their requests
Identifying commercial opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications
Minimum MBO-4/HAVO/HBO work and thinking level
Availability of at least 24 hours per week, including one evening shift
Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Completed WFT Basis and Schade Particulier or willingness to obtain it at the company's expense
Ambition to develop additional skills post-WFT certification
