We are partnered with a global market leader in clinical diagnostics, recognised for delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes worldwide. The company is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Sales - North America to lead commercial strategy, accelerate growth, and inspire a high-performing sales organisation across the region. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Operations, you will lead a team of 50+ professionals and a P&L, driving revenue growth, market expansion and customer engagement across a diverse diagnostics portfolio.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute the North American commercial growth strategy. Lead and develop a high-performing sales organisation delivering against ambitious revenue targets. Drive cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Commercial Operations, Finance, Pricing and Customer Service. Build strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Identify market opportunities through customer insights, competitive analysis and commercial planning. Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture focused on continuous improvement.
Requirements: 15+ years' commercial leadership experience within diagnostics, life sciences or healthcare. Proven success leading large sales teams and delivering sustainable revenue growth. Strong understanding of the IVD or clinical diagnostics market. Strategic thinker with excellent commercial, financial and leadership skills. Experience operating successfully within complex, global matrix organisations.
