Candidate must have a TS/SCI w/ Poly Key Tasks Experience analyzing user's Information Technology (IT) requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures Experience analyzing capability requirements and translate into tasks to be allocated to Development/Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Contractors Experience providing technical leadership for the integration of IT requirements, design and technology Experience guiding users in formulating IT requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies Experience interacting with the Sponsor regarding Systems Engineering IT technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts Experience guiding capability development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system engineering integration and test plans Required Education / Certifications High School Diploma + 6 years of experience Associate’s Degree + 4 years of experience Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of experience Master’s Degree + 0 years of experience The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 53,000 to 270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
