About the role
V3 Construction Group (V3) is seeking a full-time Earthwork Foreman based in the field to direct union earthwork operators and laborers on projects throughout the Chicagoland area.
Responsibilities include supervising field crews, coordinating materials, and guiding safety practices on earthwork operations for site prep, road/trail construction, shoreline stabilization, and restoration projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years' field supervision experience and strong communication skills.
