Seeking a Sr Account Manger opportunity in Cleveland, OH.In-office when not traveling. Role: This role brings together strategic account growth, executive relationship building, and mentorship. You’ll work across customer locations, connect with decision-makers from the plant floor to the C-suite, and turn customer needs into awarded business.
What you’ll do: Develop account strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and new program wins. Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders and technical stakeholders. Expand business across customer locations and divisions.• Coach and mentor junior account managers. Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality to deliver competitive manufacturing solutions.
What you’ll bring: Extensive experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive manufacturers. A track record of growing complex accounts and winning new business. The executive presence to build credibility with senior decision-makers. Technical aptitude and the ability to connect manufacturing capabilities to customer needs. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and team leadership skills. A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
