About the role
Crossley Scott Limited is hiring an on-site Production Manager for our Phoenix battery manufacturing facility. You will own day-to-day production, drive safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery, and build a high-performance team and processes under pressure. You will lead lean manufacturing initiatives, manage production planning and MRP systems, and collaborate with Purchasing, Quality, Finance, and Sales to optimize output.
