8Fleet is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to drive performance across multiple markets, building operating systems, analytics, and management mechanisms for scalable regional operations. You will work closely with the Regional GM and Market Managers, gaining visibility into driver supply, fleet utilization, labor, safety, and financial performance to identify high-leverage opportunities and deploy repeatable improvements region-wide.
