About the role

PGW New Branding is seeking a dedicated operations leader to oversee daily branch activities, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable performance. You will drive customer satisfaction, safety, Lean/5S adherence, and maintain inventory accuracy while supporting Sales with a market-driven strategy. You will recruit and coach staff, monitor labor productivity and costs, and maintain compliance with regulations.
