About the role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to provide administrative support and help coordinate daily business activities. This role will manage documentation, scheduling, data, communications, and administrative processes while working with internal teams to maintain efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for daily business operations. Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and internal activities. Prepare, format, and maintain reports, documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence. Maintain accurate digital and physical records. Enter, update, and verify information in internal systems. Monitor administrative workflows and ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Respond to routine emails, phone calls, and internal requests. Assist with preparing meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation. Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and routine administrative requirements. Process forms, invoices, records, and other administrative documents. Maintain confidentiality of company and business information. Coordinate with departments to support administrative projects and initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflow efficiency. Prepare routine reports and updates for management. Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.2+ years of experience in administrative, office, or business support roles preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams. Professional approach to handling confidential information.
