- Prior experience leading or coordinating a team, overseeing day-to-day work, deadline compliance, and the quality of information collected
- Proven experience collecting client information completely and accurately ahead of each consultation
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment, to review the team's work, catch errors or gaps, and identify areas for process improvement
- Excellent communication skills, both to give feedback and direction to your team and to ensure clear, actionable pre-consultation notes
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple cases and people at once while maintaining a professional, resilient attitude
- Coordinate the Intake team, ensuring every Qlead is fully collected and logged in CampLegal within 24 hours
- Oversee deadline compliance and quality standards, reviewing the team's work and correcting deviations promptly
- Prepare and review actionable pre-consultation notes that equip the consultant with useful data to close the sale: immigration status, documentation, qualifying factors, hardships, and relevant history
- Identify and propose process improvements, training your team and raising the overall standard of work
- Collaborate closely with the Client Intake team, providing direction and guidance to ensure consistency across the full journey from Qlead to active client
