Position Title: Bakery Associate
Franchise Organization/Location: High Test Coffee
Reports To: Shift Supervisor
Pay Range: $16-$17 per hour based on experience
Job Description
Overview: A Bakery Associate is generally responsible for producing donuts and bakery products according to Dunkin' operational standards and franchisee policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. The Bakery Associate is primarily responsible for producing Dunkin' bakery products, including donuts, muffins, croissants, and bagels.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Understand end-product specifications and monitor product quality
  • Identify and escalate product quality issues as identified
  • Ensure equipment is used as designed
  • Maintain a clean and organized staging area
  • Maintain a people focused culture in the bakery
  • Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
  • Work other positions as directed by supervisor
