Soybean Receiving & Bulk Loadout Operator
Job Type: Seasonal / Full-Time
Position Overview: We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to assist with soybean receiving, unloading, storage, and bulk loading operations.
Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming loads. Collect and label product samples. Ensure products are placed in the correct bins. Monitor unloading and loading processes. Complete basic paperwork and quality records. Clean equipment between different crops and varieties. Keep work areas clean and organized. Report any quality, safety, or equipment concerns. Communicate professionally with drivers, growers, and team members.
Requirements: Good communication skills. Basic math skills. Strong attention to detail. Reliable and organized. Ability to climb stairs/ladders and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
Schedule: October December: 11 AM8 PMHours will transition to 9 AM6 PM, then 7 AM4 PM as the season slows down.1437LI
