Overview: Provide services in regards to prevention, recognition, evaluation, immediate care and rehabilitation for all active individuals and sports related injuries. The individual will also demonstrate professional development and responsibility. The incumbent will perform related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited physical therapy program with a doctorate degree.
Licensure: State of practice license for Physical Therapy. State of practice licensure for athletic training. Certificationmust have one of the following: •Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC) Certification •Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) for Physical Therapy Other Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: •Performs patient care and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed. •Adapts to varying work hours and travel required throughout the year. •Has knowledge of various equipment such as: Therapeutic Modalities, Thermal and Electric Modalities, Computer, Dictaphone, Cellular Phone, Therapeutic Equipment.
