About the role

Field EngineerA well-established nationwide general contractor local to the Denver area is seeking a Field Engineer to support the Superintendent and Project Manager on ground-up construction projects in the value of $50,000,000 - $100,000,000.
Responsibilities: Assist with daily field operations and subcontractor coordination. Review plans, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and conflicts. Track RFIs, submittals, inspections, and project documentation. Assist with quality control, scheduling, and site logistics. Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors. Support punch list and project closeout activities.
Qualifications: 1–3 + years of construction field experience. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred within the last 4 years Ground up commercial construction experience preferred, but not essential. Procore experience is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation: Up to $85,000 + annual bonus + Healthcare + 401K Route to be promoted to APM or Assistant Superintendent
