Our goal is to provide reliable, efficient solutions for dentists and orthodontists, ensuring they can offer the best possible care. While we may not be the industry leader, our dedication to quality and service sets us apart. We're looking for ambitious 1099 Sales Representatives with experience selling aligners or dental products. If you have a strong network within the dental community and understand the ins and outs of the industry, we want you on our team. Your role will include introducing Radiant Aligners to dentists and orthodontists across the U.S. Build and maintain relationships with dental professionals, helping them understand how Radiant's aligners can enhance their practice. Give product / software demonstrations and highlight the benefits of our aligners. Achieve and exceed sales goals. Provide market feedback and customer insights to help improve sales strategies. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the dental or orthodontic space. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivation and the ability to manage your time effectively. Existing relationships with dentists are a big plus. Knowledge of aligners or orthodontics is preferred but not required.
Compensation: Commission based Flexibility to work remotely and set your own hours.
