Analyze information to help clients make business and investment decisions. Evaluate financial data, operational processes, and economic and business trends to help clients gain insight within the banking sector. Evaluate and compare business and historical data to form business cases, recommend strategies, and create and execute implementation plans. Improve operational efficiency and leverage technology to drive cost reduction through growth-oriented transformation and portfolio protection and growth. Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' unique needs and goals to effectively lead a workstream while delivering meaningful improvement insights.Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field and 8 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field and 7 years of related work experience.Must have at least 6 years of experience in 1 of or a combination of the following roles:Consulting: business transformation (such as in strategy, operations, or change management functions) while serving banking industry clients in retail banks, consumer banks, business banks, commercial banks, corporate banks, or in payments vendors that serve banksBanking (serving in one or more of the following):external-facing client service (such as relationship manager, relationship associate or analyst, desk trader or branch manager)credit underwriterproduct owner, process owner, technology owner or supporting analystoperations manager or analyst; ORtransformation program delivery leader as a program owner or manager, delivery owner, work stream leader, subject matter expert or project analyst)Must have at least 5 years of experience in 4 of the following skills:Operating model design to define target state business, operations, technology, and control partner functions.Product and process design or operations management for banking products (such as deposits, loans, leases, or trading products across the lifecycle of sales, underwriting, origination,booking, servicing, collections/administration or termination)Change-the-bank or transformation program strategy, design, and delivery/implementationCurrent state and future state assessment, gap analysis, process assessment, reengineering, and operational change implementation experienceChannel transformation such as branch, online, mobile, contact center, or relationship managerCore Platform Transformation to support the changing business and regulatory landscape, enabling the realization of strategic business priorities including improved client experience,market expansion or easier partner/correspondent banking integrationCore system conversion and client migrations such as portfolio migration, acquisition or divestitureMust have 3 years of experience managing and supervising a workstream through all phases of the project life cycle.Must have 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: creating detailed project plans, managing tasks and deliverables against the plan, reviewing outputs, and providing feedback to team members.Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to meet client needs.
