Assist customers in choosing the right vehicle by actively listening to their needs.Be an expert on our vehicles. Understand all product offerings, packages, and the latest technologies available.Conduct professional and engaging demonstrations of new and used vehicles.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.Master objections and excel in sales interactions.Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on goals, plans, and performance analysis.Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to work every day.QualificationsFlexible availability, including weekends.Quick learner, eager to grasp product details and features.Excellent communication skills with customers.Professional appearance and demeanor.Clean driving record as per dealership standards.Willing to undergo a background check before employment.Base pay plus commission plan: Range $85,000-$150,000
