Professional Services Engineer – USUp to $150,000 Base + Package | Network Security | East Coast / Central USStealthWatch are partnered with a global leading network security vendor that is looking to hire a Professional Services Engineer to join their growing US team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised security vendor at a key stage of its growth, working directly with enterprise customers to deliver complex network security solutions. We’re looking for a technically strong, customer-focused engineer who enjoys getting hands-on with customers and solving complex security and networking challenges.

The Role: As a Professional Services Engineer, you’ll work closely with customers throughout the deployment and implementation lifecycle, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform. You’ll be involved in everything from solution design and implementation through to configuration, troubleshooting and customer enablement. You’ll work alongside sales, presales, product and engineering teams, acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers across the US.

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience within Professional Services, Consulting, Implementation or Technical Engineering
Background in network security, networking or cyber security
Experience deploying and configuring enterprise security technologies
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS and firewalls
Experience working directly with enterprise customers
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
Willingness to travel when required
Must be based on the US East Coast or Central region
