About the role

Position OverviewThe Director of Product Management, Arculus will own the vision, strategy, and execution of the Arculus product portfolio. This individual will lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, design, marketing, sales, operations, compliance, and executive leadership to deliver innovative security and digital asset solutions that meet evolving customer and market needs.The ideal candidate brings significant experience in fintech, payments, cybersecurity, authentication technologies, digital identity, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and/or digital asset platforms, along with a proven track record of building and scaling innovative technology products. This leader combines strategic thinking with execution excellence and will be responsible for driving product innovation, accelerating growth, and ensuring successful delivery of market-leading solutions. The role is based onsite in Somerset, NJ 5 days a week.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & LeadershipDefine and execute the long-term product vision and strategy for the Arculus portfolio.Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.Identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and market opportunities within digital security, authentication, payments, and digital asset ecosystems.Serve as a key member of the leadership team, influencing strategic decisions and investment priorities.Product Development & ExecutionLead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and market demand.Partner closely with Engineering and UX teams to translate strategic objectives into product requirements and deliverables.Establish product success metrics and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.Customer & Market EngagementAct as the voice of the customer by conducting research, gathering market feedback, and analyzing customer behavior.Engage directly with enterprise customers, financial institutions, partners, and technology stakeholders.Develop business cases and product positioning strategies to support product adoption and revenue growth.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.Partner with business development teams to evaluate strategic partnerships and ecosystem opportunities.Work closely with legal and compliance teams to navigate regulatory requirements and industry standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.10+ years of progressive product management experience with at least 4 years in a people leadership role.Proven success leading product strategy and roadmap development for technology-driven products.Experience launching and scaling B2B, B2C, or platform-based digital products.Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies.Experience working closely with software engineering and technical teams.Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work onsite in Somerset, NJ five days per week.About CompoSecureCompoSecure, a GPGI business (NYSE: GPGI), is the leading manufacturer of Premium Metal Payment Cards and also offers best-in-class Authentication and Digital Asset solutions.
