About the role

Supporting the Data and Reporting team within Medicaid Health Plan Compliance, the full-time remote California Licensed Medicaid Consultant will manage external regulatory audits, coordinate compliance activities, and develop compliance reports while collaborating with various departments.
Key responsibilities: Coordinate and manage external regulatory audits, including document collection and quality reviews Conduct compliance investigations and develop compliance reports by analyzing data and summarizing key findings Assist in the implementation of compliance efforts and monitor regulatory changes to ensure adherenceRequired qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or related field Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields Experience in developing compliance standards, policies, and procedures Strong analytical skills and project management experience Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
