What You'll Do: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors. Manage reception, visitor access, and guest badges. Coordinate facilities requests, maintenance, and vendors. Handle mail, deliveries, packages, and couriers. Keep reception and common areas organized. Support office moves and renovations. Help coordinate employee events and gatherings. Support workplace safety and emergency procedures. Partner with HR and leadership on engagement activities.
What You Bring: Administrative, reception, office coordination, or customer service experience. Strong organization and task-management abilities. Professional, positive, and helpful communication style. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Microsoft Office 365 experience. Help coordinate employee events and social activities. Maintain local events calendars. Partner with leadership and HR on engagement activities. Front desk and reception coordination.
