About the role
Seeking a strategic and analytical Vice President of GTM Operations, the full-time role based in Chicago will manage the RevOps team, oversee technology and processes for go-to-market operations, and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to support aggressive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the RevOps team while designing scalable GTM processes and ensuring cross-functional alignment
Pioneer the integration of AI tools within the revenue organization and manage the GTM tech stack for optimal performance
Develop predictive revenue models and actionable insights, maintaining data integrity and overseeing executive reporting
Required Qualifications
10+ years of operations experience in Revenue Operations within high-growth B2B SaaS environments
Proven success in leading a company through significant growth phases
Expertise in territory modeling, commission plan design, and complex data architecture across CRM and BI platforms
Demonstrated experience with modern AI tools in a sales or GTM context
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across various departments
