About the role
Leading enterprise workforce strategy and resource planning, the full-time remote Director of Resource Management will ensure the organization has the right talent and skills to support client delivery and operational excellence while collaborating with executive leadership on staffing and organizational capability.
Key responsibilities
Develop and lead the enterprise workforce planning and resource strategy
Forecast staffing demand based on business pipeline, project plans, and utilization trends
Monitor workforce capacity and performance to anticipate hiring and development needs
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
10+ years of operational leadership experience in a matrixed organization
Experience in workforce planning, resource management, or professional services leadership
Strong analytical, financial, and strategic decision-making skills
Exceptional collaboration and executive influence skills
