About the role
LifeLink of Georgia seeks a Director, Recovery Services to lead the OPO Recovery Services department, ensuring all activity complies with LifeLink Foundation, OPO, Tissue Bank, and state/federal regulations. You will direct coordinators, monitor QA, and guide staff in line with established policies. You will oversee budget considerations, improve processes, and maintain 24/7 on-call coverage to maximize organ and tissue recovery while promoting staff development and patient-centered outcomes.
