About the role

A high-growth business seeks a Controller, New Business Unit to lead the accounting and finance function for a newly acquired business while serving as the key driver of its integration into the broader Finance Shared Services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Controller or senior accounting/finance leader, preferably with experience integrating an acquired business into a larger organization. This individual must be comfortable operating independently during the initial transition while building strong relationships with the existing team and partnering closely with the Corporate Controller and CFO to align people, processes, and systems with company standards. Reporting to the CFO, the position will be based at the company’s corporate offices and require travel to the East Coast location during the first six months. This is a great opportunity to join a high growth company while adding immediate impact.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
