About the role

Position Overview: We are a youth gym that values hard work, fun, and a positive environment. The role involves supporting children from babies to upper elementary, leading activities, and maintaining a clean, safe space.
Key Responsibilities: Engage children from babies to upper elementary ages in fun, engaging activities. Work at least 25 hours per week, including some weekend hours. Follow training and direction, maintaining stage presence for performances. Clean and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children. Provide effective leadership and motivation to the team and kids. Cooperate with the team to train and improve.
Qualifications: High‑energy, sociable, and reliable. Effective communication and follow‑through abilities. Background or interest in dance, sports, theatre, or fitness is a plus. Strong stage presence and willingness to train.
