Onboard, activate, and manage members for a seamless coaching experience. Conduct 15- and 30-minute virtual coaching sessions focused on goal setting and motivation. Provide general education on healthy eating and lifestyle, adhering to standardized SOPs.

Qualifications: At least 2 years of metabolic health coaching or dietitian experience. Comfort blending motivational interviewing with AI-driven, metrics-informed direction. Ability to manage a high-volume, uncapped caseload within a structured model.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $70,000 annually. Unlimited vacation with manager approval. 16 weeks paid parental leave for delivering parents, 8 weeks for non-delivering parents.
