This is a front-line role where you'll confidently sell memberships, build relationships, and deliver an outstanding customer experience every single day. What you bring:

What you'll do:
Drive membership sales through confident conversations and education on dog health & wellness Consistently hit and exceed key performance metrics (average ticket, rebook rate, add-ons, and retail sales)Generate and follow up on leads to grow the membership base Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage customer records efficiently Handle daily cash responsibilities with accuracy Deliver exceptional service by managing expectations, resolving concerns, and retaining memberships Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Support your team and take on additional responsibilities as needed Skills that set you apart: Confidence in selling services and productswithout hesitation Strong interpersonal skillsyou connect easily with both people and their dogs Ability to quickly learn and communicate product and service value Clear, effective communication (in person and over the phone)Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet Strong attention to detail and time management Accountability to both personal goals and team standards
