About the role

ForzaCare in the United States is seeking a Field Medical Case Manager to guide injured workers through recovery and return to work. You will serve as the central liaison among workers, medical providers, employers and insurers to ensure timely, transparent care management. Ideal candidates are licensed nurses or CRCs. Prior workers' compensation experience is preferred, and travel to appointments will be required.
