Overview: We are looking for a motivated and charismatic Sales Professional to join our team!
Role: Sales with primary responsibilities to generate revenue and build a career

Proactively contact commercial real estate owners and qualify investor leads Attend industry events and network with professionals
Qualifications: Interest in Investment Real Estate and/or transactional sales
Polished and confident communication and relationship-building skills Willingness to engage in high volume outreach activities Competitive nature Strong understanding of effective prospecting and proven ability to penetrate new accounts Professional work ethic and integrity Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Real estate experience is not necessary, but helpful
About Us: Cascade Real Estate Group was established in 2016 to serve investors of multifamily projects in eastern Nebraska and western Iowa—and we’re hiring a Sales Agent to work with real estate investors to help them acquire properties that fit with their investment strategy. You’ll learn the business of investment real estate from the inside by building relationships, learning how to grow a pipeline of investors, and driving deals to closure. This is a growth oriented, transactional sales role suited for people who are coachable, competitive, want to gain real experience quickly and are comfortable putting in consistent effort to succeed.
