Our client is a high-touch family office. They seek an Personal Office Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities: Support the Senior EA/Chief of Staff in managing day-to-day execution across office and family needs Align internal and external stakeholders to keep priorities moving and communication tight Resolve time-sensitive issues, last-minute changes, and ad hoc requests with speed and professionalism Anchor daily office operations, including phones, mail, deliveries, visitors, and conference room readiness Coordinate vendors and building management across IT, cleaning, repairs, supplies, security, and couriers Maintain office organization, inventory, filing systems, and shared documents Optimize processes to ensure a polished, efficient workplace Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination across multiple parties Arrange travel logistics, itineraries, and last-minute changes Provide discreet personal support to the family, including appointments, reservations, errands, events, and vendor coordination Requirements 5-7+ years of experience in an assistant, office manager, EA/PA, or similar hybrid support role Proven tenure at a prior company Family office experience is preferred Exceptional discretion and integrity; comfortable handling sensitive information Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency and accuracy Strong organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Outlook/Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, and Zoom JobID: 47900
