What You'll Do:
Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity Apply safe, effective pest control treatments and follow all regulations Build relationships with customers and clearly explain services Manage a regular service route and maintain detailed digital records Represent our brand professionally in the field Help fine-tune protocols and set the standard for how we operate
What We're Looking For:
Licensed pest control technician (Massachusetts certification required) 5+ years of hands-on experience preferred Self-starter who thrives independently but works well with a team Comfortable in the field, solving real problems outdoors Great communicator with strong attention to detail Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check What We Offer$21-$30/hr depending on experience 8% commission on field sales + bonuses Paid time off and employee discounts Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule High-quality trucks, uniforms, and equipment Company vehicle and gas card after training Paid training, licensing, and continued education $2,000 sign-on bonus Ground-floor opportunity grow with us as we scale this division Why Truly Gone?
