About the role
Loan IQ/BAWe are seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant 4 to support strategic LoanIQ integration initiatives. This role requires a techno-functional professional who combines LoanIQ expertise with Product Business Analysis experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and supporting integrations between LoanIQ and external systems while ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.Location: Irving, Texas (Onsite)Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and development teams to support LoanIQ integration initiatives.Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.Support Agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews.Perform data analysis and data mapping activities between LoanIQ and external applications.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration requirements.Collaborate with development teams to support system enhancements and integration projects.Participate in testing efforts, including UAT, defect validation, and solution verification.Serve as a LoanIQ subject matter expert and provide guidance on platform functionality and business processes.Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.Required Qualifications5+ years of Business Systems Analysis, Business Systems Design, Product BA, or related experience.Hands-on LoanIQ experience supporting business or technology initiatives.Product Business Analyst experience within Agile environments.Experience gathering requirements and creating user stories.Experience supporting system integrations and business process improvements.Communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Experience working with development teams and business partners.Experience using JIRA or similar Agile project management tools.Preferred QualificationsLoanIQ Integrations experience.Data Mapping experience.Experience working with APIs and JSON messages.SQL experience.Commercial Lending or Syndicated Lending experience.Experience supporting enterprise system integrations.Techno-functional background with the ability to work across both business and technology teams.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of LoanIQ functionality and transaction processing, along with experience supporting integrations between LoanIQ and external systems. This person will have Product BA skills, including requirements gathering, user stories, and stakeholder management.
