About the role
National Express Rail GmbH sucht ab sofort einen HR-Controller & Risikomanager (m/w/d) zur Verknüpfung von datengetriebenem HR-Controlling und Risikomanagement. Sie erstellen Forecasts, steuern Personalbudgets und unterstützen Monats-/Jahresabschlüsse mit personalbezogenen Rückstellungen. Sie analysieren Abweichungen, entwickeln KPIs, sichern Datenqualität und berichten an Management sowie Fachbereiche. Erfahrungen mit BI-Tools (Power BI) und gute Deutsch/Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
