What you bring: A proven track record of success in a competitive, quota-driven sales environment Comfort with a high-volume, activity-driven sales cycle Resilience and money-motivation—you perform through the slow stretches, not just the hot streaks 5+ years experience working in financial servicesFINRA Series 65 or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66
What we offer: $175,000 base salary in year one; moves to commission-only from year three onward Uncapped monthly commission plus a three-year revenue-share on client fees$250K–$400K realistic year-one earnings; $300K–$700K year two; $300K–$1M+ year three and beyond Comprehensive benefits package Sound like you?
