Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and interested in the legal field? We're seeking a detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join a collaborative team supporting legal operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career, with the potential to convert to a full-time employee based on performance.
What You’ll Do
Provide administrative support in a fast-paced legal environment.
Manage and organize electronic documents and records.
Work across multiple software platforms while maintaining accuracy.
Review information, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
Support internal teams with document processing and case-related tasks.
Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
Qualifications
Legal education or coursework is preferred.
Strong computer skills with experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat .
Ability to multitask efficiently across multiple systems.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Prior legal office or legal administrative experience is a plus but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently after training.
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Training is fully onsite in Downtown Phoenix.
After successful training, employees may transition to a hybrid schedule with one remote day per week .

Competitive hourly pay of $18.66/hour.
