The candidate will to drive to those locations on occasion (15- 30 mins one away), frequency is on an as-needed basis. You'll work with everything from computers and printers to scanners, networks, automation, and emerging AI tools.
What You'll Do:
• Deploy, configure, and support PCs, printers, scanners, and network equipment• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues• Manage support requests through Service Now• Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and technology rollouts• Maintain asset inventory and equipment records• Support printer maintenance and asset disposal• Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience What We're Looking For• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills• Experience with Microsoft Office and standard business applications• Understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts• 1+ year of IT experience preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply)• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT is a plus• Exposure to scripting or automation (Power Shell, Python, VBA, etc.) is a plus Education• IT-related degree or equivalent experience• High school diploma or equivalent Why Join Us?• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment• Exposure to enterprise technologies, automation, and AI• A mix of daily support work and impactful projects• Opportunities to learn, grow, and make a difference from day one
