Firm Advice is conducting a search for a Corporate Paralegal to collaborate with a team of experienced professionals in support of its international work across the globe. Hybrid: Two to three days per week in the northern Virginia office. Starting Salary Range: $100,000 to $135,000 annually. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. RESPONSIBILITES Prepare and manage documentation related to the formation, registration, maintenance, mergers, restructurings and dissolution of international legal entities. Maintain corporate records such as minute books and registers. Review and team with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy of corporate documents, forms, agreements, and other legal instruments. Coordinate global wet and electronic signature requests and the arrangement of notary and apostille/authentication services. Support due diligence, including Client Due Diligence and KYC, as well as data migration, contract review, and document organization for corporate transactions and audits. Proactively anticipate needs to support the initiatives of the Legal Department and data center.
REQUIREMENTS: BS degree preferred, or additional equivalent experience. Three (3) plus years of experience supporting corporate entities, structures, and governance, 5 years preferred. Experience supporting global entity and subsidiary management is required. Experience coordinating notarizations is required, experience coordinating apostilles is preferred. Experience using software platforms, including DocuSign, Legal SharePoint, and/or Diligent Entities required. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and written skills.
