Aesthetics Sales Consultant Opportunity Transform lives through beauty and confidence at AOB Med Spa, Colorado's premier destination for advanced aesthetics and one of the top medical spas in the U.S. We're expanding our team with an Aesthetics Sales Consultanta sales-driven professional who will guide patients through life-changing treatment journeys while learning our full suite of services. If you're a closer with a passion for luxury service, and you're excited to be trained in aesthetics by one of the best teams in the region, this role is for you.

What You'll Do: Consult & Recommend: Lead patient consultations and design personalized treatment plans that may include body contouring and medical weight loss. Sell Comprehensive Solutions: Confidently close high-value, multi-service plans to maximize results and revenue. Educate & Inspire: Clearly explain procedures and product lines to help patients make empowered choices. Create Demand: Contribute to social content (reels, before/afters, quick tips), events, and referral programs. Be Accountable: Track KPIs, achieve revenue goals, perform outreach, and collaborate with our high-performing team.

What You Bring: Proven sales success: 2+ years of luxury, retail, or service-based sales background required. Consultative sales: skilled in asking the right questions, overcoming objections, and closing with confidence. Polished, professional presence and stellar customer service. Self-starter attitude: organized, motivated, and thrives with accountability. Comfort being on camera for simple social reels or patient education clips.

Bonus: prior aesthetics or wellness experience, Zenoti/EMR knowledge, bilingual, or content creation skills.
