About the role
Customer Account Coordinator (CAC)KI is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator (CAC) to join our OEI team! The Customer Account Coordinator provides exceptional sales, product, and order support to an assigned OEI Sales team member, their customers, and other business partners for all product lines, with the exception of Wall products. The CAC is responsible for all inbound pre-sales and post-sales activities generated by their assigned account group. Pre-sales responsibilities include preparing quotes, pricing, and related customer support. Post-sales responsibilities include coordinating transportation and delivery schedules with the appropriate OEI and KI departments, as well as ensuring the timely resolution of quality-related issues. The CAC must possess broad technical knowledge of OEI Systems, Desk, and Seating products and services in order to deliver first-class service to all OEI and KI internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and provide comprehensive quotes for OEI products, including Seating, Systems, and Desking, utilizing tools such as eSpec and other customer-required, review, and validate product checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to order processing. Support the mock-up process, including approval, review, installation, and final disposition. Coordinate freight quotes, color matches, sample requests, testing requests, COM/KOM requirements, pricing, and approvals. Provide product pricing, technical support, and training assistance for OEI products and services. Review and process order specials, submit requests as required, and coordinate special drawing approvals with customers. Coordinate expedited lead times with Production, Custom Options, Design, and Transportation teams as needed. Manage delivery and installation schedule changes with installers following order release. Review, process, and manage order changes and cancellations after order entry. Process and administer billing activities for consignment programs. What You Need to Succeed Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two or more years of customer service, sales support, or project management experience preferred.
