Bath & Body Works is seeking a Sr Instructional Designer for Store Ops in Columbus. This full-time hybrid role partners with Store Support leaders, SMEs and field teams to build learning that drives performance and customer experience. You will design end-to-end programs for district managers, store leaders and associates, deliver innovative experiences (eLearning, video, facilitator-led), and use data to measure impact while aligning with enterprise priorities.
