About the role
- Supply Team Leadership and Market position Own and develop strategic relationships with data center operators, GPU neoclouds, colocation providers, bare metal providers and AI infrastructure owners at the executive level
- Represent the company externally as a senior supply-side leader, building durable partnerships that create preferential access and pricing advantage
- Contribute to defining company’s position in the market ecosystem
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing supply team responsible for day-to-day sourcing, qualification, and activation of GPU capacity
- Define team structure, workflows, and KPIs; establish repeatable systems for onboarding and managing supply partners at scale
- Coach and develop team members to operate with speed, technical depth, and commercial judgment
- Supply Strategy and Execution Set supply strategy across geographies (US, EU, APAC), architectures (GB300, B300, H100, H200, and emerging GPUs like Vera Rubin), and deployment environments
- Build and leverage a global network of GPU providers, including data centers, GPU neoclouds, bare metal operators, and AI infrastructure owners
- Work directly with sales and solutions engineering to fulfill active pipeline by matching workload requirements (region, GPU, quantity, prepayment, price target) with available infrastructure
- Evaluate infrastructure in detail, including network fabric (InfiniBand vs. RoCE vs. Ethernet), cluster topology, shared storage availability, CPU node availability, internet speeds, SLAs, and deployment readiness
- Track real-time market pricing, regional supply dynamics, and availability constraints; act quickly to secure advantaged supply
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, including pricing models, contract terms, SLAs, support, and where relevant, exclusivity or priority access
- Identify and unlock non-obvious or underutilized sources of GPU capacity
- Build repeatable systems for sourcing, onboarding, and activating supply partners at scale, including automation of outreach using AI tools
- Partner with leadership to shape supply strategy, including geographic expansion, supplier concentration, and margin optimization
- A cohesive, high-performing supply team operating with speed and precision
- Strategic data center and AI infrastructure relationships that create durable, differentiated access to GPU capacity
- Consistently securing high-quality GPU supply that meets technical and commercial requirements of active deals
- Increasing win rates and deal velocity through reliable, responsive supply coverage
- Building a diversified, global supply base across architectures and regions
- Achieving pricing advantage while maintaining long-term supplier relationships
- Creating structural edge through access to scarce or differentiated capacity
